1. Log into Engage AI web app here.

2. Click on Engage in the side menu.

3. Select the Lists tab.

4. Click Add New List to segment your prospects. You can create up to 5 lists.

5. Select your preferred list.

6. Click Import Leads.

7. Upload the CSV file containing your key prospects.

8. Hit Submiton Create.

   1. Choose a name for your new list

   2. Choose Day(s) to Check for Recent Posts

   3. Choose Time to Check for Recent Posts

   4. Choose when to receive email notifications about your prospects' recent posts

   5. Choose Day to Receive Email Notification (doesn’t matter if you chose daily email notifications)

   6. Choose Time to Receive Email Notification

9. Hit Save.

10. Repeat the steps above to create more lists.
