1. If you’re logged in to Engage AI, log out first.

   If you see Screenshot 1, it is either you’re still logged in, or you have a login with the email address with a Free Plan

2. If you’re not logged in or already logged out, log back into the Engage AI web app here.

3. Connect your LinkedIn account here. See Screenshot 2. 

4. Click Sync Account your Engage AI connection inside LinkedIn. See Screenshot 3.

Important note

1. If you see Screenshot 1, it is either you're still logged in and haven't logged out, or you have logged into a different account with a different email address that'sstill under Free Plan.

2. The correct email to use is the email address you used during the payment for a subscription.
