Why can't I add more leads to the web app?
Problem
Follow the steps below if:
You are prompted to update your LinkedIn cookie.
You are no longer able to add leads to the web app.
Solution
💡 You’ve logged out of LinkedIn
Make sure you’re signed into LinkedIn.
Hit Sync Account.
💡 You’ve saved 10 leads as a non-Pro account user
During your 7-day trial of our web app, you can only monitor 10 leads to test the feature.
7 days after signing up for an Engage AI account:
All saved leads will remain undeleted and accessible in your account.
Upgrade to Pro to continue monitoring prospects with the web app.
